We provide these services across the entire process – from strategy development to the successful completion of the transaction.

Process support also includes strategic and tactical M&A consulting, company valuation, the financial structuring of the transaction as well as, if required, the selection of suitable financing partners and banks.

In order to reduce the daily workload for entrepreneurs and managers we provide goal-oriented process management. This means that in close coordination with the client we analyse markets and competitors, research and approach discreetly the respective interested parties and companies, manage the due diligence process and conduct the negotiations – and thus make sure the result meets your expectations.
