Approach

An extremely discreet approach is a decisive factor for the success of a transaction. In the course of the multi-stage addressing process, we visit the target companies and hold initial talks. In these talks, we verify the assessments from our analyses. If the framework conditions are still consistent with the objectives of our client, we request further information, in order to subject the remaining companies to an initial substantiated business valuation.

Together with our client we prepare a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the shareholders and/or managing directors of the most suitable candidates, thus laying down in writing the mutual interest and allowing for the performance of an in-depth business analysis, the so-called due diligence.
