Once the due diligence has been concluded, a contract proposal, including the final purchase price and structural considerations, is submitted for the target company. The subsequent contractual negotiations are organised and accompanied by us together with our client through to the conclusion of the transaction, the closing. Excellent contractual results with corporate transactions are the consequence of many years’ experience in the acquisition of companies. Here we are able to provide strategic added value for our clients, which is often a factor whether or not transaction objectives are being attained.
