Approach

Once all the preparations have been completed, we identify potential buyers and summarise these in a long list, before reducing this to a short list together with the client.

These potential buyers are then approached in parallel. After signing a confidentiality agreement, the possible buyers receive the information memorandum. In a two-stage process, the interested parties are first requested to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) containing vital parameters such as the purchase price, concept and financing modalities. Secondly, the potential buyers selected by the client are invited to a management/company presentation, in order to conduct the later due diligence process as effectively as possible.
