If the investor is interested in an acquisition of the company following the successful conclusion of the due diligence, together with the vendor we request confirmation of the bid and, where appropriate, provide a draft sale and purchase agreement which the potential buyer has to return with his comments.
Following this confirmation, the subsequent contract negotiations are organised and accompanied by us through to the conclusion of the transaction, the signing and finally the closing.
