The Technical Services Team of C▪H▪Reynolds▪Corporate Finance AG, led by Stefan Constantin and Markus Kluge, advised Dussmann Technical Solutions, a division of Dussmann Group, on the acquisition of the business operations of automatic Klein GmbH.
With this transaction, Dussmann lays the foundation for the new business unit ‘Dussmann Industrial Automation’ which will focus within Dussmann Group on services for technical plant engineering as well as plant control and process automation.
automatic Klein has extensive experience in planning, design, assembly and commissioning of switchboards for the automation of industrial processes. The sellers, Rolf and Tilo Klein, will continue and manage the new unit ‘Dussmann Industrial Automation’ as managing directors.
