Prof. Dr. Friedrich-Leopold v. Stechow – Head of the Supervisory Board
Professor von Stechow has been the chairman of the Industry Advisory Board of C▪H▪Reynolds since 2003 and Head of the Supervisory Board since 2009.
Professor von Stechow studied economics and business administration, as well as jurisprudence, in Bonn and Würzburg, gaining a doctorate in 1973.
Subsequently he held various management positions with institutes such as Effectenbank Warburg AG, Georg Hauck & Sohn and Sal. Oppenheim jr. Cie., at Bankhaus Hermann Lampe KG, and was also the executive manager at Trinkaus & Burckhardt KGaA. He terminated his operative banking career in 2002 as a member of the managing board of DZ-Bank.
The honorary professor at the University of Potsdam is now the managing partner of the management consultancy firm SMC in Berlin and a member of the supervisory board/advisory board of various national and international companies.
Dr. Bernhard Walther – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Bernhard Walther was elected to the Supervisory Board of C▪H▪Reynolds Corporate Finance in 1999. The financial scientist held numerous national and international management positions in the finance industry, including companies and organisations such as Bankers Trust, USA, the Taiwan Stock Exchange, Credit Suisse, DIT Deutscher Investment Trust and UBS Deutschland AG, where he was the board member responsible for private client business. He also devised and headed DG Panagora, a joint venture of Nippon Life, Lehman Brothers and DG Bank.
Dr. Walther is Chairman of arago GmbH, a company that he founded together with other partners. He also holds various Supervisory Board mandates.
Hans-Ullrich Hahn – Member of the Supervisory Board
Hans-Ulrich Hahn was elected to the Supervisory Board of C▪H▪Reynolds Corporate Finance AG in 1998.
After completing his studies at Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University, Frankfurt, in 1992 Hans-Ullrich Hahn joined the law firm Pünder Volhard Weber Et Axster (now Clifford Chance) as a lawyer, working in Frankfurt and New York.
Since 1996 he has been a partner with the Frankfurt law firm SHS Schreiber Hahn Sommerlad.
