The Healthcare Team of C▪H▪Reynolds▪Corporate Finance AG, led by Markus Kluge and Stefan Constantin, advised the shareholders of Reha Seligenthalerstrasse on the divestment of their shares to rehaneo Group, a portfolio company of the investment firm GIMV.
The transaction is another example of a successful succession solution for a medium-sized family-owned company facilitated by C▪H▪Reynolds. In this transaction, the two shareholders of a successful and highly profitable rehabilitation center sold their shares through an European-wide auction process to a nationwide provider of outpatient rehabilitation, aftercare, prevention, and corporate health management. With this transaction, rehaneo Group strengthens its presence in southern Germany, while Reha Seligenthalerstrasse maintains its independence and all employees are retained.
