Felix Hoch – Partner

Felix Hoch, a partner in C▪H▪Reynolds▪Corporate Finance AG since its foundation in 1998, takes care of clients from the following sectors: Industrial Products and Services, Automotive, Cleantech and Machinery & Equipment.

After completing an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank, he studied Business Administration in St. Gall, Switzerland, with foreign semesters at the universities in Helsinki and Moscow. After graduating (lic. oec. HSG) in 1992, he started his career as a consultant with an M&A focused mid-market corporate finance house, where he was responsible for the formation of joint ventures, MBIs, as well as acquisitions and sales at international level. In 1998, he founded, together with Stefan Constantin, C▪H▪Reynolds. From 2006 until 2011, Felix Hoch was Co-Chairman of Mergers Alliance.

He is member of the Schweizerisch-Deutscher Wirtschaftsclub e.V., the Swiss-German Business Association.

Markus Kluge – Director

Markus Kluge is head of the Machinery & Equipment sector at C▪H▪Reynolds together with Felix Hoch and has advised on numerous transactions in the Industrial Products and Services sector, most of which were cross-border M&A transactions.

Markus Kluge has more than nine years experience in M&A advisory. He worked on numerous sell-side, buy-side and carve-out-transactions, in which he advised private equity as well as corporate clients, including both German “Mittelstand” and large international corporations.

Prior to joining C▪H▪Reynolds, Markus Kluge worked at the Corporate Value Consulting Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers and at the M&A-Team of Rödl & Partner.

Markus Kluge holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Leibniz University of Hanover with focus on finance, accounting and international financial markets.

He is member of the Schweizerisch-Deutscher Wirtschaftsclub e.V., the Swiss-German Business Association.

Stefan Constantin – Partner

Stefan Constantin is partner at C▪H▪Reynolds▪Corporate Finance AG. His primary focus is on Consumer Goods & Retail, Industrial Products and Services, e-commerce, and the Healthcare/Pharma & Chemical sector.

After graduating in Business Administration in Frankfurt in 1992, he was employed at the corporate finance house Doertenbach & Co. There he advised on cross-border SME transactions, buy-side mandates for foreign companies and auctions with the participation of financial investors. In 1998, he founded C▪H▪Reynolds▪Corporate Finance AG together with Felix Hoch. Over the past 20 years, he has advised on numerous transactions of mid-sized companies and renowned financial investors, when selling their shares or portfolio companies, and has overseen a high number of international acquisition projects for publicly-listed multinational companies.

Stefan Constantin is a member of Vereinigung für Chemie und Wirtschaft VCW (Association for Chemicals and Business) and of Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker GDCh (Society of German Chemists). Moreover, he is member of the Business Advisory Board of FIZ – Frankfurt Biotechnology Innovation Center (Frankfurt Science City Riedberg), and the Frankfurt Society for Trade, Industry and Science.

He was Chairman of the Vereinigung deutscher M&A-Berater (VMA) until March 2014.

Joachim Reinhardt – Sector Advisory Board eCommerce

Joachim Reinhardt has been supporting the C▪H▪Reynolds team since 2019 with his many years of sector experience in Consumer Goods, Retail and eCommerce.

After studying in Saarbrücken, Cologne and London, Joachim Reinhardt began his career first at Procter & Gamble in financial management and then at the Gillette Group. For the Gillette Group’s subsidiary Braun he worked in controlling and marketing in Germany and Spain, later in the USA at the parent company Gillette as Director Corporate Financial Planning and finally until 2006 as Managing Director of Gillette Group Germany and Finance Director Central Europe West.

During his two years on the board of Hugo Boss AG (CFO), he took over the interim management after the CEO left the company.

From 2009 to 2016 Joachim Reinhardt initially worked for the D+S AG Group as CFO and later as CEO of the Netrada Group (eCommerce services). Until 2016 he was CEO of the telecommunications and IT division (dtms group), which he led to a successful change of shareholders in 2014.
