Felix Hoch and Stefan Constantin have – together with our team – advised the shareholders of hot runner specialist PSG Plastic Service GmbH on their sale of shares to Austrian family owned company Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co. KG.
This transaction is another example for succession planning for a mid-market family owned company. The former owners sell a successful supplier to the injection molding industry and well-known German hot runner specialist to a leading manufacturer of high-precision, high-quality standard parts and is, like PSG, a family company with a long tradition. Meusburger will expand their range of products and services as a reliable partner for die and mould making, PSG will continue to operate as an independent enterprise, and all members of staff are taken over.
